It’s one of the most scenic saucer shaped Plateau and is surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests, its beauty has further been enhanced by a small lake in the centre with a floating island and 9-hole golf course here are the other interesting places to cover. Dinner and overnight stay at Dalhousie.

Payments Terms
- ADVANCE BOOKING POLICY:-
- 50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
- We can also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the desired package before 15 days of your travel date.
- Please note that the advance 25% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non refundable.
- The remaining 25% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.
- Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of your tour.
- Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.
Note
- Rates may fluctuate during festive seasons (i.e. Independence Day, Holi, Diwali, Christmas , New Year &Long Weekend etc.)
- Similar Hotels will be provided in case selected hotel is Sold Out/Closed or unavailable due to service factors.
- In case, False Information (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the customers, The Company possesses.
- Above rates, rooms and hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking and we are not holding any reservation as yet.

Terms & Conditions
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
- No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis,
- Check In / Check Out time at all the properties would at 1200 hrs (Noon).
EXTRA PERSON COST
- Children below 6 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 6 years is chargeable and direct payable at hotel).
- Children between 6- 12 Years & Adults (Above 12 yrs.) would Cost extra according to the Company’s Policies.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged 20% Of Total Package .
- Cancellations between 16 days to 30 days before start date, 35% of tour cost would be charged as retention Cancellations between 10 days to 15 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention Cancellations between 05 to 07 days 0f Check in 100% of the booking will be charged.
- In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date .
- The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
- Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
- In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
- We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
- The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/ postpone scenarios is 2 Year from the date of advance payment.
